updated 1/19/15

Some quick facts about the 1st Robot Academy:

  1. Teams of educators (K-University) came from China, Japan, Mexico, Colombia, France, and the US.
  2. Presenters from Intel, Sandia National Labs, New Mexico Highlands University, University of New Mexico-Los Alamos, and New Mexico Technical University shared their insights on where robotics is and is going
  3. Teams learned to build, program, and test their Lego NXT or Pygmalion Arduino Innobot on the same robot challenges students were competing in at the 13th Annual RoboRAVE International
  4. Plans were designed by each team to implement back home to either start or expand robotics for kids
